Candidate must have the ability to perform day-to-day operations of picking, packing, and/or other warehouse fulfillment departments. Maintain efficient and timely picking and shipping of all products shipped to our customers on a daily basis. Hiring, training, and managing the performance of team members and be able to train, coach, and manage all associated in all policies and procedures of the company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
* Managing Staff Setting Schedules Execute daily tasks
* Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
* Working with UPS/USPS to obtain best Shipping Rates
* Closely working with central distribution center
* Receiving/staging new inventory on a daily basis
* Maintaining high productivity
* Control inventory physical counts and reconciling with inventory management system
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a lead manager role
